The highly-anticipated forthcoming musical film Les Miserables‘ maiden teaser poster has just been revealed to the media. The poster has been placed at Las Vegas’ Caesars Palace, where this year’s CinemaCon trade show will be held.
Movie website comingsoon.net has posted a picture of the poster, which is white in colour with a black footer down below. Instead of prints with pictures of artists who star in “Les Miserables”, it contains only the original emblem of a young girl.
The 2012 CinemaCon, which will be held from April 23 to 26, will preview several other movies in addition to “Les Miserables”. Production company Screen Gems has unveiled a CinemaCon poster for the next “Resident Evil” film titled “Retribution”, while Universal Pictures has come up with a one-sheet for the Keanu Reeves-starrer fantasy-adventure flick “47 Ronin”.
Meanwhile, Sony Pictures Classic has debuted a poster for the Woody Allen-directed romance-comedy “To Rome with Love”. Relativity Media came up with the same for their horror-thriller film “House at the End of the Street”, which features “Hunger Games” actress Jennifer Lawrence in lead role.
Drama-comedy “Seven Psycopaths”, horror movie “Sinister”, director Judd Apatow’s “This Is forty” and Peter Jackson’s “The Lord of the Ring” prequel “The Hobbit” are some other films, whose previews will be shown at this year’s CinemaCon.
The complete collection of all aforementioned teaser posters can be found here.
