Angelina Jolie was reduced to tears when Brad Pitt proposed to her.
Brad Pitt, 48, gathered their six kids and presented an engagement ring to Angelina Jolie, which was designed to perfection for a year.
Particularly overwhelming for Angelina was the fact that Brad gathered Maddox, 10, Pax, 8, Zahara, 7, Shiloh, 5, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 3, during the proposal.
According to a US Weekly magazine source, “Angelina cried and smiled… Everyone hugged once she put the ring on. She went around and showed it to each of the kids. Angie considers herself bonded to Brad for life.”
Brangelina will finally marry after being together for seven years, and the children are also very happy about it. In fact, it was their children that pressured them to become husband and wife. Brad Pitt mentioned in an interview a year ago that “the kids ask about marriage. It’s meaning more and more to them. So it’s something we’ve got to look at.”
The engagement ring was made by Robert Procop, a jeweler, and is a diamond in the shape of a tablet that is worth around 500,000 US dollars.
There are only hunches to when Brad made the proposal. The couple decided not to talk about it until now. That is in part due to Angelina Jolie’s promotion of the first movie she directed, “In the Land of Blood and Honey”. Furthermore, it was not revealed when and where the couple will hold their wedding.
